Emergencies: A 24 hour, 7 day a week emergency service is always available. If phoning outside normal clinic hours just phone our normal number 5442 604. If a vet is at the clinic you will be advised as to the best course of action otherwise an answerphone service will refer you to a duty vet.

Opening hours: We are open from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 8:30am to 12pm Saturday morning.
There is some flexibility and we can often open earlier to allow you to drop your pet off on the way to work. We need to know the day before.

Consultation times: Each pet is important and we like to ensure each one is properly examined and treated. We therefore prefer consultations to be by appointment. Appointment times can usually be made at short notice and at times to suit you.

Fees: Payment is required at the end of each visit. Please feel free to ask for an estimate of cost prior to work being undertaken. You can pay by cash, cheque, EFTPOS and most major credit cards.
